Initial Consultation and Planning Stage
In the initial consultation, we'll discuss your vision, preferences, and any special requests. We'll talk about the purpose of the photoshoot, whether it's for family portraits, engagement, or wedding. For outfits, I'll provide guidance on suitable choices based on the shoot type, recommend complementary colors and styles, and offer advice for coordinating group outfits. Together, we'll choose the best locations that fit your preferences, like beaches, parks, or cultural site, and determine the optimal time of day for lighting and comfort. Once everything is decided, we'll confirm the date and time of the shoot and provide details on the session duration.
The Session
On the shoot day, I'll arrive early at the predetermined meeting point to set up and scout the location. Throughout the shoot, I'll provide clear instructions and demonstrate poses, offering prompts to make posing easier and encourage natural interactions and expressions. I'll capture a mix of posed and candid shots, adapting to your comfort level and natural movements. We can even play some music if that helps to set the mood!
Post - shoot Process
After the shoot, I'll upload the images to a password-protected online gallery and email you access instructions. I'll provide guidance on choosing the best images and follow up to ensure selections are made on time. For editing, I'll start with basic adjustments like lighting and color, then move to detailed retouching to enhance the final images according to our agreed style and vision. The edited images will be uploaded to a secure online platform for you to download, and I'll email you the download link.
Follow-Up and Client Satisfaction
After delivery, I'll follow up to ensure you're satisfied with the final images and address any additional requests or minor adjustments. Your feedback is important to me, and reviews would be greatly appreciated.
